Refund & Cancellation Policy

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, compensation, or other remedy as required by law.
Coaching Programs
Certain coaching programs may include specific guarantees or refund periods which will be clearly stated on the relevant product or service page.
Where a specific guarantee is advertised, that guarantee forms part of the service offering and will be honoured in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.
90-Day Transformation Program Guarantee
The Built Better 90-Day Transformation Blueprint includes a conditional satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible, a client must have:
- Completed all required weekly check-ins throughout the full 90-day program period;
- Followed the prescribed training and nutrition recommendations to the best of their ability and as directed;
- Submitted a written guarantee claim to us within 14 days of the program end date; and
- Provided reasonable evidence of compliance upon request.
Claims that do not meet the above eligibility criteria will not be considered. Nothing in this guarantee affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Unless a specific guarantee applies, refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- Failure to complete the program
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel commitments
- Personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction arising from failure to follow coaching recommendations
Subscription Services
Subscription-based services renew automatically on a weekly basis until cancelled.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
If we need to pause, materially restructure, or discontinue the subscription service, we will provide clients with at least 7 days’ written notice. In such circumstances, a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation:
- Prevents future billing.
- Does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
- Allows access to continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Missed Check-ins & Coaching Access
Refunds, credits, or extensions are not provided for:
- Missed coaching sessions
- Missed check-ins
- Failure to submit required information
- Unused coaching support
- Failure to engage with the service
Coach Availability
If we are unable to provide a scheduled coaching service, we may provide:
- An alternative session;
- A credit; or
- A refund,
where appropriate.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
