5. Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Square.
By purchasing a service, you authorise the applicable payment to be processed.
Recurring services may be billed automatically until cancelled.
6. Subscriptions
Where a service is offered as a subscription:
- Payments will be processed automatically on a weekly basis according to the selected billing period.
- Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
7. 90-Day Transformation Program
The Built Better 90-Day Transformation Blueprint is a fixed-term coaching program. The following terms apply:
- The 90-day program period commences on the date of first program access, as confirmed by us in writing.
- The program expires at the end of the 90-day period regardless of whether all program components have been utilised.
- Where a conditional guarantee is advertised for this program, eligibility conditions, compliance requirements, and the claim window will be clearly stated on the product page and form part of these Terms.
- To be eligible for any advertised guarantee, clients must have completed all required weekly check-ins, followed the prescribed training and nutrition recommendations, and submitted a guarantee claim within 14 days of the program end date.
8. Client Responsibilities
To obtain the greatest benefit from coaching services, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Following recommendations at their own discretion.
- Communicating relevant health concerns.
- Completing check-ins and assessments when required.
- Maintaining respectful communication.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through this website and our coaching services remains our intellectual property, including:
- Training programs
- Exercise videos
- Nutrition resources
- Educational materials
- Downloads
- Coaching frameworks
- Website content
You may use these materials for personal use only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
